While BreatheIT Foundation will continue to focus on Research and Philanthropic work to improve quality of life, a For-Profit organization “BreatheIT Solutions Inc.” was founded to develop technology solutions and maximize its reach with commercial means. 

The immediate need for BreatheIT Solutions is to develop its flagship product, a Human Operating System, called Ultopia AI. The goal for Ultopia is to have its MVP and v1.0 out in 2024 to benefit 100,000 users. A well-defined roadmap for the next 5 years is available upon request.

Beyond this, BreatheIT Solutions will focus on user-driven innovations and developing their solutions. Both BreatheIT Foundation and BreatheIT Solutions will work hand-in-hand to further the founders’ vision of creating a better world for every human life.
